The funding committee met on April 9th at the Orofino High School library.

Reports:
Missy
She reported about the general meeting on March 28th. Dennis and she have given updates to the City Council. Questions brought up were: Who will own this complex? and Insurance? Pam McBride has purchased a book on grants through the public library. Missy made copies of Idaho grantors for the group to look at. Missy was authorized to purchase stamps and a ream of paper. She will submit a bill to the board.

Dennis
He said that the Garden Club has $500 to donate to the complex. We need to create a form letter asking for grants. The letter needs to ask what money is available for the different stages that we will be working on towards this project. The letter should ask for necessary packet to be sent and for what or how money is divided. A list of possible grant providers should be compiled and saved on a disk for easy access for the different stages of construction. Joyce Sodual, of Elk City is a possible contact for grants.

The next funding meeting is Tuesday, April 23rd at 5:00PM. Members are to look up sources for grants on the Internet and bring them to the next meeting.
